We service all major areas in Bali including Seminyak, Ubud, Canggu, Sanur, Kuta, Denpasar, and surrounding regions. Airport transfers are available 24/7 to all destinations across the island.

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes, all our drivers are fully licensed, background-checked, and professionally trained. Our entire fleet is comprehensively insured and regularly maintained to the highest safety standards.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

Our fleet includes economy cars for solo travelers, sedans for couples, SUVs for families, and luxury vehicles like Mercedes and BMW for premium experiences. All vehicles feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and professional interiors.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We accept bookings up to 90 days in advance. Last-minute bookings can often be accommodated subject to vehicle availability—call our 24/7 hotline to check.

Pricing & Payments

What is your pricing based on?

Our pricing is transparent and based on vehicle type, distance, and duration of service. Airport transfers have fixed rates; hourly packages and tours are calculated per hour. No hidden fees or surcharges.

Do you charge extra for airport pickups?

No. Airport pickups are included at the fixed transfer rate shown on our website. We charge the same rate whether you're arriving at airport terminals 1, 2, or 3.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and mobile payment apps. We can also invoice hotels and travel agencies directly.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellations made 24 hours before departure are free. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged in full.
